Since I first met Margaret at the Life Renewal Center, I have benefited from many of her rehabilitation techniques and the various exercises she taught me. I drank the healthy tea recommended by ginger and my acid reflux disappeared. When she introduced Master Yi, I was very interested in his teaching. After taking Master Yi’s exercise, health and nutrition course for about 2 months, I can say that I feel healthier. I did yoga in the past and hurt myself. With the help of Master Yi's exercise, this exercise is both gentle and very effective. It took me only two months to gain more flexibility and strength, without harming myself, and also understand nutrition and human body. I want to thank Margaret and Master Yi for their teaching and enthusiasm for helping everyone unconditionally cure their diseases.

About 8 weeks ago, I started to learn about self-care, including exercise, meditation, nutrition, and concepts based on Taoist philosophy under the guidance of Master Yi, Dr. Min and other teachers. I found myself experiencing incredibly positive and life-changing things.

I am very happy to rediscover 2500 years of Taoist philosophy, which is part of my Chinese tradition. Our teachers teach based on their impressive personal wisdom, science, humility and selfless experience. For example, when Master Yi was teaching exercise, he also shared his knowledge of anatomy to explain how exercise is affected by body structure. In addition, I learned that Master Yi had a family history of diabetes and hypertension at the age of 50. In the past sixteen years, he has not only fully recovered, but also become full of energy, at the age of 66. If you observe him in action, I will challenge anyone to guess his age.

I am fortunate to have the opportunity to study through ATI and apply these courses to my daily life. In the past few weeks, I felt energetic. I lost weight effortlessly (in Tao's way), especially the extra belt around my waist. My posture is more upright. The previous accident made my neck, right elbow and left knee pain almost disappeared. I go up the stairs more easily, and I breathe more smoothly. The most important thing is that these actions and meditations are effective and so easy to do so that I know I will stick to them for a long time and use them as part of my daily life.

I got to know Mr. Yi at the beginning of this year and was invited to attend a fitness lecture organized by Mr. Zhao. After a class, I was deeply impressed by Mr. Yi's erudition, approachability and selfless love. Later, I was too busy to follow Teacher Yi's course well. Due to the stay-at-home order of the new crown virus, I started to follow Teacher Yi, Teacher Zhao, and Teacher Min to do health exercises for half an hour in the morning. I didn't listen to the class systematically, so I just followed the video to draw a gourd. This set of exercises created by Master Yi is simple and easy to learn. I learned Qigong Xiaobai a few times and memorized the general movements. Unexpectedly, without fully comprehending the connotation and know-how of the teacher’s exercises, I simply followed the practice. After a week, I felt that my body felt lighter. After another week of practice, I felt that the flow of Qi and blood was much smoother. After this exercise, I feel very refreshed up and down, and my face is more shiny. This feels great! I sincerely admire Mr. Yi, and sincerely thank Mr. Yi, Mr. Zhao, Mr. Min and all the teachers of the Taoist Education Association for their selfless dedication! I sincerely hope that Master Yi's exercises and teaching will benefit more people!
