1. Disclaimer; waiver:

Participants have received medical advice or approval from participant's own physicians or health-care advisors before voluntarily accepting or using in any Information or Services offered by ATI.

Participants once register on the ATI website, they know and agree to these terms and conditions when use all the project activities and information services provided by the ATI.

The participants have to take the risk if they decided to accept and use the information or services provided by ATI without consulting any doctor.

According to these terms, the participant agrees and warrants that this is a complete waiver statement, and the participant undertakes to waive pursuant to Article 1542 of the California Civil Code (the Article 1542 of the National Civil Code of California, which reads as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.

All rights and interests stipulated, this statement applies to all known, disclosed, and undisclosed information and services provided by the ATI.
2. No guarantee and no compensation.

Participants admitted to getting confirmation from their physicians or health consultants: "The information and services provided by the ATI are exactly what they need to participate." The ATI does not guarantee, do not state, do not prompt, or imply the suitability of the information and services provided. Participants independently make judgments and pay full responsibility.

The American Taoist Association provides free information and services. Participate in voluntary acceptance and assume all risks. The American Taoist Teaching Association does not assume any responsibility for the use of the information and services provided by the American Taoist Teaching Association. Participation in the confirmation that the American Taoist Association has nothing to do with any expenditure, damage compensation, liability, and expenses (including attorney fees).

This statement applies to all known, disclosed, unknown, undisclosed, unforeseen injuries, damages, losses, liabilities and all the consequences arising therefrom. The ATI reserves the right to update the disclaimer at any time, and does not invite participants to check the disclaimer every time they visit the website. The American Taoist Association has the final right to interpret the terms.
