By chance, I got to know Mr. Yi after a friend’s introduction, listened to Mr. Yi’s lecture, watched the video connection, and felt that the exercises are simple and easy to understand, and very effective. I feel a lot lighter after doing it, and More able to focus on work and study. Many times we will seek to take medicine or supplements to promote health, but we do not realize that the protection of our body and energy is also very important.
